Cerviche

Today was a very chilled out but busy Sunday, I met Andy down in Zona Sur and we wondered around the rich and surreal expat/upper class area of la Paz - which feels like you are in another world. It is so American, and has real cars and no minibuses and hundreds of restaurants and nice coffee shops- so strange!

We then went up to the park in town where they were having a festival of Peruvian food ! Yum! We finally tried the cerviche that we have heard so much about, raw fish kind of cooked in a lemony Limey sauce - yum! We lay in the hot hot sunshine all afternoon, it is nice not to have clouds again!
