Sparkling and Plinthing

Can't you just imagine how fabulous I would be on the 4th Plinth draped in fairy lights?

I can. 

The Wretched One says I would be an excellent low rent Norwegian Spruce and be greener.  A few Bob would be saved she assures me.

(Who is Bob and why do we have to save them? Being a dog is quite confusing at times).
