A lot of the shops in Hitchin are decorating their shopfronts with characters from The Muppets. Most of the shops are cafes or hairdressers like most town centres these days, but it’s nice to see a co-ordinated approach to the season. I was there today to see an exhibition of landscapes by a fellow member of Hitchin Camera Club. He is using his lifetimes work to draw attention to pancreatic cancer as he is a grateful survivor.
