Fel arfer rydw i'n tynnu ffotograffau yn gynnar yn y bore rhag ofn does dim ffotograffau diddorol arall yn digwydd yn y dydd. Felly heddiw mae ffotograff gyda fi o rosyn yn yr ardd.

Heddiw dechreuon ni ar batrwm i wneud Het Du ar gyfer Y Ddawns Het Du (ymarfer Bwdhaeth Tibetaidd). Does dim llawer o dangos ar hyn o bryd - dim ond cylch cardfwrdd. Felly rydw i'n defnyddio fy llun blodyn. Yn gobeithio bydd ffotograffau o'r het yn y dyfodol.

I usually take photographs early in the morning in case no other interesting photographs happen in the day. So today I have a photograph of a rose in the garden.

Today we started a pattern to make a Black Hat for The Black Hat Dance (a Tibetan Buddhist practice). There's not much to show at the moment - just a cardboard circle. So I'm using my flower picture. Hopefully there will be photographs of the hat in the future
