The fair

The fair only consists of the dodgems and this merry-go-round. I much prefer the dodgems but always used to refer to them as the bumper cars. I think deliberately bumping the cars is now very much frowned on and can’t even get you thrown off! This morning, I cut up the branches into short lengths to put into green bags.
The council would not take them on Monday when I had them stacked in a neat pile. The tennis lesson was cancelled today but I still met up with Nortje for a practice but it started to rain after 20 minutes. I went back home briefly before returning for French conversation. Our francophone was not with us but we still had quite a good session.
