Conor builds a working solar system

Conor still had a blocked up nose today so stayed at home again. Post-Covid there is less dilemma about whether to keep children off school who are not 100% well. Particularly when they can do other educational activities like building a working solar system in Roblox Studio. 

The solar system he made had the correct relative distances from the sun. It's very interesting to visually experience just how far out Neptune is. He was able to use 'decals' (sort of digital stickers) to make the spheres he placed in the game look like the relevant planets. Then, with a bit of help from ChatGPT, he added scripts to the planets to make them orbit the sun at the correct relative orbital periods. This is also very interesting, and easy to see the difficulty in plotting a route to Mars.
