The missing house

I've been filling in the pre application planning application forms and came across a problem. The land registry shows a house but there isn't one! Next door is much newer and is two houses in one but it looks like there used to be 3 there at one time as the plans show a 243 but there isn't one now. 245 shows a ruin in the back garden but rather disappointingly all that is actually there is car parking spaces.
