mmmm Chocolate

I went into town to catch up with an old Uni friend and his family. I met his new little daughter who was so cute. His eldest daughter is growing up so fast and was a lot of fun.

This evening I baked for the first time in the kitchen - I'm not sure how the sponge has turned out but we will find out tomorrow morning when I take it into work.

I am in utter agony from the softball on Friday night. I really really need to spend some time trying to get fitter.
