Drip, Drop!

Not wanting to be outdone, or top trumped, by Sunday, Monday has given the relentless heavy drizzle a good go! I think it's almost winning...this evening at least.

I can vouch for it because I took myself off for an after dark spin on Livy and I was soaked within ten minutes. It gives me a strange buzz though so I don't mind.

I had to laugh as we talked about the climate of countries in Europe this afternoon. One child said "in the UK it just rains all year though". I tried to explain we had mild, wet summers and cool wet winters, but I'm not sure they were seeing how those seasons differed! :-P
