A dry and sunny morning where I got up early and did a lot of exercises in between breakfast, reading the paper and doing puzzles. A good day until I headed for Newburgh to have a little walk and photograph. On the way discovered I had very little petrol, turned back to Glenrothes to find the garage I usually use was surrounded by cones and not open. Went to nearby Morrisons where the pump wouldn't accept my card. Drove to the petrol station nearest home, filled up, went in to pay and my card wasn't accepted .until I discovered I had two cards and the second card was OK. Came home frazzled and without a photo other than one taken in the morning at the bird feeder.  Phew !
