Bit of food shopping on Canvey this  morning so a little wander at the nature reserve is always a welcome treat afterwards! Not so nice to see that general waste/timber has been flytipped in the carpark there...... ggrrr some people I despair!

Not much in the way of birds either except a couple of cormorants enjoying low tide.  Was a lovely calm scene though as you look towards the thames estuary
