Goodbye old friend

I climbed a lot of hills on this bike, thirty and more years ago. But I am too old to climb those hills again, and I have a carbon bike which is much lighter, although it will not last as long. I won't ride it again & have been keeping out of nostalgia, while it slowly rots, for the best part of two decades.

It's time: it will go to someone else who, I hope, will use it.

I will miss it though.
