Insomnia

As most of my followers know I suffer from bipolar disorder. Which I tend to just get on with but it's the insomnia I can't bear. So I have just finished emailing the doctor to ask for a prescription of zopoclone sleeping tablets. Hopefully fingers crossed all goes well and I will be able to sleep tomorrow night. My speciality dr Bose says to be issue them when required. Other news that is my partner Debbie, has got her Christmas tree up now. I am spending the night at Debbie's home tonight and all I hear is snoring ah bless. I don't mind it I find it relaxing.
