Stormy Sunday

A windy day, rained all day, heavy at times, dull and poor visibility at times.

Up early, a late shift in the airport.  A mixed day of check-in desk and meeting and boarding flights.  Soaked a few times out on the ramp.  A few delays and cancellations due to the weather, most passengers very understanding.  Some flights perfectly on time, the visibility improved for that perfect moment to land.  Nothing stops Sammy, he wanted out for walkies when I got home.  We seemed to miss the worst of the rain.  Warming up by the fire and feet up for the night. 

A wild weekend of weather, not looking great for my day off tomorrow.  Even though it wasn't ideal to be outside on the ramp today, I managed to get over 10,000 steps, which would never have happened if I'd been off.  Thankfully I stopped off on my way to work, as I never managed to snap any other photos today.  Wild seas rolling in, above Brenya, Fladdabister.
