The start of a hectic day

It wasn’t raining so off to the tip to get rid of the stuff from yesterday’s garage tidy up. It was quite busy but very well organised. I grabbed this picture ‘just in case’, which was just as well.

Home to a message that someone would be coming to purchase the redundant bed settee from my sewing room. S has been in charge of organising that so came round to deal with the dismantling and hand over.

Lunch was at 3pm after the bed had gone. It was out again at 5.30 to church with R & S. We are not regular church goers and this was a first visit. A safeguarding service, new to me and a different type of service. There were only 15 people in the church and a beautiful golden lab puppy in training. A very friendly and sociable group. We were made very welcome.

Home to make dinner, it was almost 8pm before we sat down to eat. I thought that we were finished for the day, but not yet.
