Before the start

I wore my rain cape and found some shetler near the kiosk as it was wet and windy. Shortly before the parkrun began the rain eased off..

My cape was stashed inside the pop up start sign and I made it round without incident.  Afterwards I helped one of the regulars by being in a video she needs as part of a 'run leader' assessment process.

It involved doing a few warmup exercises and running around cones so wasn't too onerous
