Saturday Blip

A bit of a grey day, but brightened up when Sue dropped by for a coffee making sure I was still on the mend, bless her. I am so lucky with my friends here :-)

Tis the Season when one should know better than to go shopping for the normal everyday things like groceries for now and the next few days on a Saturday!!! It would appear the Season has arrived big time in Barnstaple. Traffic was manic, BJ's was manic,  M&S and Tesco were manic.  But it was nice to take a stroll across the bridge into town, get the bits I wanted and walk back to Tesco car park with only a bit of mizzle to contend with.

Today's blip is part of a display one of the local shops has. It always looks splendid year round, but they really go to town at this time of year.
