Frozen

TodayI had a working day, so after work I took a short, late afternoon walk by the lake. Lake Saimaa has started to freeze this week. Beautiful crystal clear ice at the moment, but not yet thick enough to walk on. Hopefully this winter there won't be too much snow so that we can get a thick, solid, strong and clear ice cover on Saimaa.It's a great experience to skate on clear ice and watch fishes swimming under it.
