Surveying the scene

Daddy and Rose atop Mam Tor, Castleton. It was a toss up between climbing to Peveril Castle or this hill, but we went for the Tor. Glad we did. Rose had been a bit close to the edge all day with her teeth though. It's weird. Genuine happiness for chunks of time but no patience at all when things aren't going her way. She gave John some hugs today too - which was nice on Father's Day - and she seems to have shaken off her bug.

It was good to be able to drop Martin off home for a few hours from hospital. He says he's feeling way better. With any luck he'll be discharged tomorrow anyway but it was great they let him out for a bit to see Jo and the kids.
