Levels are up!

Only a couple of weeks back, the Gate by the edge of the Lake in Hope Park was clear of the waterline. Today (blissfully dry) I walked across Hope Park to get to Isthmus Bay (where the path was flooded) to find the gate completely submerged apart from a little on top of the gateposts. 

The autumn colours on the island in front of Catbells do look lovely still.

Clearly no drought this winter!
