Thirty Paths to Breathe
The latest addition to Susan's series of books arrived in the post.
Every Friday evening, I attend Susan's yoga nidra classes via Zoom. Tonight I fell asleep, which is fantastic because it means those crazy nerves in my spine shut up and listened as I breathed in and breathed out. I tucked my Sankalpa in a safe warm place within myself.
