Cyclamen hederifolium

No guests in Amber Nook but things need checking regularly so a visit there was on the cards.  No guests meant no walk to the bins so no "walk to the bins blip".  This is one of the last four cyclamen flowers remaining under the verandah at the Lodge.

Currently, the garden centres are full of flowering cyclamen, including hederifolium.   I am used to plants being forced to bring them into flower early so that people are tempted to buy them at the start of their flowering season.  The hederafolium (Ivy-leaved cyclamen) must have been held back somehow as ours have been in flowerfor weeks and now there are only four flowers.
