A Sunny Happy Fathers Day

We let Andy go off mountain biking this morning instead of a breakfast in bed, followed by a picnic trip to North Berwick where the sun was splitting the sky - gorgeous! I like the reflection of the beach in his sunglasses.

Ideally both boys would have featured in this shot but the opportunity did not present itself and it's almost impossible to get them to pose nicely at the same time. I think Andy had a special day and it's nothing that he doesn't deserve - he is an awesome Daddy! Andy had a very stable and happy childhood, however mine was not so stable with divorced parents and a not-so-nice step-dad so there's rarely a day goes by when I don't consider myself blessed.
