A day that…..

……went according to plan but didn’t really….! Had to return the radio (DAB still does not work here) to John Lewis via Waitrose. So far, so good. Decided on a coffee at one of our favourite places. It was packed. Found a table in one of the small rooms but there were a couple of Mums there with babies….& no, it wasn’t the babies making a noise but the mothers. They were just shouting at each other. Grief! The picture is a corner of where we sat. Then on to said supermarket which was also packed. Eventually found a parking space & entered therein. Stuffed to the gunnels with ‘stuff’ for TSTMNBM. I had a strong desire to knock the piles of crackers & wrapping paper over & stand there pulling said crackers shouting ….it’s too early! I think I’d have been carted off.
