Amaretti & Lemon Semifreddo

I've had a hectic day and haven't been able to get out with the camera.

I saw this recipe in the magazine that comes with MrQ's paper a while ago. Our daughter and granddaughter are coming to lunch tomorrow so I thought I'd give it a try, though with some modifications. Semifreddo means half cold but I can't stop thinking of my father Fred.
