Shopping Trip

Richard had an appointment for the last of his Hepatitis injections this morning. Due to being on dialysis it is a precaution that is advised.  

Decided to combine the visit with some shopping. Passed one of my favourite signs near Monk Bar. Growing up in York I remember it in a much more derelict condition. This was a quick shot through the car windscreen. Interesting claims about the health benefits.

Have fallen behind with my Blips so trying to catch up today with a couple of back blips.
