Heading For The Tor

After we dropped Sophie at school this morning I had the follow up appointment after my cataract operation.

As I suspected, the optometrist was very pleased with the outcome and the improvement in my vision, as I am although it seems there are signs of a cataract in my other eye already so it looks like I’ll still need glasses for a couple of years until this one is ripe for operating on.

Bumped into one of our fellow Park Runners and Marshals on our walk this afternoon. The blip shows him heading off down the footpath after our chat.

This evening we enjoyed the film The Great Escaper at the local theatre. Great performances from Michael Caine and Glenda Jackson.
