getting festive. It's always a joy to see people bling blinging their houses and gardens when it's not overkilling with lights.Last winter when the energy crises was more in the moment, people cut the usage and there weren't many lights outside. This year I think people are still mindful about the usage, but as the prices haven't been at shocking level, we are getting into the spirit of the season.

I have the fire on. Haven't heard from the bricklayer about the box for ashes, but I can manage. It's been about 3 weeks since I've had the fire with logs, so it's nice to cozy up in a cold evening.

It was -6°C this morning. I wore 3 pants when I walked with Buddha. And he had his wool jumper on today. 

We have increasing amounts of Russians trying to cross border to Finland to seek asylum. It seems that Russian authorities have taken some back to Russia. So tonight our government is closing the eastern boarder in many places and Estonia is considering the same. There's been some type of intelligence about the border crossing places. The instructions how to cross it has been shared (with maps) in many places in Arabic. So some kind of threat is eminent. Strange times.

Edit. There's apparently Somalians trying to cross. And as you can guess this is not their normal route, so it's Russia again giving us and Estonia extra work to handle.
