Courtesy call
This morning, I had my first courtesy call from Redrow’s Customer Services Manager and the Site Manager. This was to pick up any issues that I’ve come across since moving in. I have four, two will be sorted tomorrow, one on the 23rd and the final one I need to make an appointment with the window company which I’ll do tomorrow.
My blip is two tins of paint with a paint brush and a roller set which the customer service manager brought for me.This will allow me to touch up any scuffs etc that may happen in the future. A nice thought.
