Big Lichen

Mark and I had a walk around Dawyck Gardens followed by lunch in the cafe.  The gardens will be closing for the winter break in two weeks time so we are making the most of them while we can.  The lichens appeared spectacular on the leafless trees today.

In the afternoon I took my dodgy hip to see the GP.  I am now much relieved to know that there is a plan for it - although I am sure it will take a few years before I get a brand new one.
