Favourite spots

Our first task was to return a wheelchair we had borrowed for DS#1 after his Vietnamese mishap - hugely useful it was.although I am pleased to say that he is now allowed to put weight on the leg again after too many weeks.
On then to one of my favourite spots, Trewavas Head and Rinsey Beach. The weather was exceedingly kind and the scenery as ever spectacular. One imagines it as a rather different nasty smoky industrial site back in the late 19th century but nature has clearly done an impressive job in reclaiming the cliffs.
also reclaiming the cliffs were a pair of Choughs - always a pleasure to see and hear.
