Persimmon

The start of a new project.. learning how to stitch the Persimmon flower design with Sashiko stitching online.  Just a lovely teacher and a fun couple of hours.. cannot believe how time just flew by.  homework is to finish the pattern over the whole piece of cloth and next week we make something with it. Fun
Builders started in earnest next door. (different one to last development). this is a smaller job and shouldn't take long but we were blocked in again by lorries parking on the access road. I waited an hour and a half for them to offload but worked out that they were not going to but instead just leaving the vehicles there. I made it clear that offloading was ok but not to park all day there .. we will see what happens.
