Bottoms up

A beach yoga group (enhanced to make colours pop) at Eastbourne this morning. A hospital appt and food shopping took us to there this morning so, as the sun was actually shining, R and I enjoyed a walk along the seafront. Ladies tennis training tonight.....dry but chilly! Extra : beautiful blue sky and one of many Eastbourne palm trees.
