Emergency Bertie (EB)

Nick and I had our Covid and flu vaccinations today, a good opportunity to catch up with friends of a similar age as we queued beforehand then sat for the obligatory five minutes afterwards, then others on the Main Street who had come to Tobermory for the occasion. A quick visit to the bank, Brown’s hardware shop that has so many interesting things, and a circuit round the Co-op before driving back over the hill for lunch.
It was a bit of a damp afternoon and I spent most of it indoors, apart from a bit of fresh air with Bertie. The weather was so dreich that I didn’t even think about taking any photographs so it was a bit of a panic when blip came to mind part of the way through the evening. Then I remembered that there’s no need to panic because I have Bertie, the perfect emergency blip.
