The confluence at Cockermouth.

On our way to Keep Fit/Zumba at lunchtime, we walked across the footbridge at the confluence of the rivers Derwent and Cocker, from where I took this photo.

The rivers are running very high, but they often do at this time of the year...

A long way to go yet before there is any flooding...
