Morning routine

We have a routine in the morning. Ann gets up between 7.30-8am (it's earlier in the summer but she doesn't like dark mornings), she comes into the living room/kitchen and says, 'Good morning Trixie, the Collie pup, how are you this morning?' Obviously I don't reply because I am a dog and I can't talk!!! Then she opens the curtains and tells me what the weather is like. Ie, this morning she said, 'Trixie, it's chucking it down with rain AGAIN'.

I don't bother getting out of bed sometimes I don't even bother opening my eyes because after that, Ann has a shower and then she gets dressed. When I can see that she is fully clothed, I get out of bed, have a big stretch and then we go for my first walk of the day.

Guess what happened today?.................... Ann went for a shower, walked back into the bedroom naked (not a pretty sight, lol!) and just look where I was....................... On the bed waiting for her. Why do you think that was? Ann has absolutely no idea!

I've never done that in my life before and Ann says that it better not become a habit!

And in other news..................... it's been raining pretty much all day. I've had three walks and got soaked on all of them. Ann says that the house stinks of wet dog. Well, it's hardly likely to smell of wet cat is it? 

Not going out again until it's time for my bedtime wee.
