Removal

This is still a work in progress. In order to improve circulation when the church is fuller and we serve refreshments at the end of the service, we are trialling the removal of the front three rows of pews.

I popped down this morning to check on progress. We needed removal men to shift the pews to safe storage. They were very heavy and to get some to the proper location they had to be taken outside in torrential rain!

Some tidying up to be done with the flooring and some chairs to be set out but we look to be ready for Sunday when the two other congregations (with whom we are to form a union) come to join us.
