Sights of Summer

Blip frustration today.

The only butterfly I saw wouldn't stay still and immediately flew over the fence, bees are in a frenzy and the bird I have been watching has hidden it's nest too well for me to find. I briefly spotted an insect that I hadn't seen before but it immediately zoomed off before I could get near it.

In the end I managed to follow this insect around until it alighted on a leaf long enough for me to photograph. Well worth looking at large.
