Park life

Deemed myself fit for swimming this am.

After lunch A & I went for a walk round Roundhay Park where Storm Debi debris of small broken branches were strewn about and a very heavy leaf fall was in evidence. The colours are less vibrant this week as many trees are bare having shed their leaves.


Tomorrow I have an appointment at Seacroft for U/S x 3; yesterday St James phoned me asking if I could attend a follow-up clinic 90 mins later for an -oscopy appointment and they will have my U/S results by then. Efficient or very scary!!
