I Gouda Feeling

When Si went away for his first overseas trip when we had just started going out. I thought I'd surprise him 

I went on a liquid only diet - resulting in horrific weight loss and generated the comment 'where have your boobs gone' when he returned after 7 months 

The other suprise was that I took a cookery course 

The first night was fondue.  Cheese fondue with breads 


I adored it. Possibly because it was the week before the diet started and for the following five weeks I was unable to taste any of the flower shaped veg or tempered chocolate shapes I created.

I have long lusted after a fondue since those days but never indulged 

When House of Games are is on; I shout furiously at the TV. Encouraging the prize winner to select the fondue set 

But look what I've got!  Si indulged me at the weekend. He even bought me cheese
