Positive Energy

I would have loved to have been on one of the massive marches protesting against the war in Gaza that were taking place across the UK.  But I couldn't be.  Spending the weekend photographing a workshop delivered by SYT / RCS for young people here was a tonic.  Early morning swim, also good.
