Steak

Sous vide strip steak, green beans, and potage Parmentier. Wine: Château Les Moines Bordeaux Supérieur 2006.

This made for an excellent Monday night dinner, and this is a soup I really should make more often (years ago I probably made it once a month). The wine was intriguing for its age at a very low price (I've had great success with this combination before), but it's definitely past its peak - not unpleasant but not particularly good (and its hard to find a Bordeaux I don't really like).
