Alstromeria

They do make good cut flowers and last for ages.
Wet and windy today though it did improve a bit late afternoon.
Finished sorting out the sewing I had to unpick, it took ages, but now have it all sewn up again and just the hem left to do.
Also started a birthday card for my sister and this evening we had an indoor session for the running group with various energetic or toning activities. Only 4 came but there would have probably been even less for a run.
My legs feel pretty good after Saturday's run but I'm still feeling rather tired.
