Flooded fields

A fairly bright and sunny day but pretty windy as Storm Debi passes through.  I did my usual sprint cycle class first thing and then returned home to finish making some soup.  I had invited two friends round to see the photos from my Norway trip in February.  They enjoyed the photos and then we all had soup and sourdough bread for lunch.

As the weather was still sunny we went for a walk along the beach and then back via the newly almost finished LORP scheme.  This water is the tidal flood plain.  You can see a bird hide across the water and the path by the bird hide is the pathway at the side of the River Otter but its currently closed while the bridge is completed.
