Snow - the theme of the day!

There was no doubt about the subject of today's blip. It was always going to be snow.
We arrived home last night to find there was a lot of snow, then it snowed all night, and I was awoken this morning by the clanking of the tractor, clearing the snow from our driveway.
It's about 30cm (1 ft) deep and we had plenty left to clear ourselves. We dug our way out of the front door. Then I cleared down to the cellar. The garage tent was next and that took a couple of hours. And so it continued until a couple of hours after dark.
In this picture I like the pennant flying from our neighbour's flagpole. It's almost the only object showing that it IS a colour picture!
All the physical work left me feeling fairly empty of energy, so I'm sitting in front of the warm stove, watching the small logs burn, doing my blip, and reading about the reshuffle in the British government.
I reckon I'll sleep really well tonight!
