When the contract that the TransPennine Express Rail Company was cancelled due to poor performances the new regime instantly moved into action . . . the new 5 coach trains were replaced by . . . older rolling stock with 3 coaches . . . then a mix or 3 or 5 . . . hmmm . . .  In addition, the timetable is changing . . . to run fewer trains . . .
Not all of the picture but enough to see that progress it is not.
