"temple of the dawn" along the banks of the chao phraya river in bangkok. one of the most well-known landmarks in the area, and though the photo is not the best, it was far better than any of the other dinner cruise shots i took tonight.

the seminar so far has been an absolute success. we've had record attendance, and the interaction has been fantastic amongst the students and staff.

as rainy season begins, we of course got a heavy dose just before heading out for the night. the bts was absolutely packed tonight as we tried to coordinate about 30 people (20 of which had never been here) through the siam interchange to silom, and train down to saphan taksin. once on the river though, the night was a blast, with dinner, drinks, and lots of good conversation.

we capped the night again out on sukhumvit - some later than others. fortunately, i was in the earlier crowd tonight - i still can't shake the jitters over this seminar that so far is going smooth as thai silk.
