Stormy weather!

Typical lake district weather to-day- very wet! We had a drive down to Windermere- lots of signs out for the great north swim, hope they're wearing wet suits as the water is freezing! A coffee and yummy cake at the 'Lakeland' shop (and a bit of retail therapy, of course!) then more driving round the lake and through the grizedale forest. No wonder everything is so green with all this rain!
Back to Keswick for a late lunch then I went for a walk down to the waterside and along to friar's Crag- very windy and showery- we'll have had our summer then!
