Safe to come out now

Dylan hid in the airing cupboard in the bathroom to avoid the last of the Diwali fireworks.

We had a really nice family lunch with The Yoga Moma and Mr S. We sat talking for ages after we’d eaten. Really chilled although a lot of talk about the Israel / Gaza situation and a very personal account that he read out of a friend who had lost their brother in the Hamas attacks.

Definitely getting colder now and we have quite a lot on over the next few weeks so dug the winter woolies out from the eaves this morning. Will need those to stay safe as we head towards Christmas.
