Matty outside for a rather bracing walk at Culross by the water.

It seemed to be the primary schools sports day, which was a shame cause it was windy and rainy!

Thousands of cyclists on the road today. Like a pack. None know how to use the cycle path next to the road, or how to stay into the side. Yes, I was grumpy today. Blairadam woods were closed and the number of Scouts at Fordell Firs made me run away. :(

Mark was also out at work till 11....in Livi, so not home till 12 *yawn*

And I decided to do level 2 of the shred...... :/
